Lil Wayne Threatens Attorney In Awkward Deposition (VIDEOS)

Lil Wayne launched a lawsuit against Quincy Jones III over the alleged unauthorized use of the rapper’s music including hits like “Lollipop” and “A Milli” in the documentary The Carter in 2009.

Last summer, Weezy was called in to answer questions in a deposition that was recorded and recently leaked.

In the three videos of Wayne’s deposition in the lawsuit, the rapper is being interviewed by Quincy’s lawyer, Pete Ross.

The deposition rubbed the rapper the wrong way from the beginning when the lawyer asks Wayne to confirm whether or not he granted Katie Couric an interview.

Lil Wayne asks, “What’s his name?”, then replying, “Pete Ross, that’s a stupid ass question. You just saw me on there giving the interview with her.”

Ross asked the rapper about his show with Kanye West at the Virgin Mobile Music Fest, with Wyane answering, “I don’t know, but I know I did perform at this bad ass bitch birthday party recently. She was crazy, stupid thick.”

Lil Wayne certainly doesn’t remember much during his deposition, even his arrests.

The rapper stated he doesn’t recall being arrested after a performance at New York’s Beacon Theater in 2007. The arrest is what led to him serving eight months in Rikers Island for gun possession two years later.

Wayne also claims he didn’t remember serving time in jail and winning a Grammy for Best Rap Album. At the end of the video he begins stating, “I don’t know” before the questions are asked.

In the third clip, rapper Lil Wayne refuses to describe his image for Ross and begins threatening the attorney when pressed.

Wayne says, “You know he can’t save you, right?” as he points to the judge.

“That guy right there. He can’t save you n the real world just so you know”, but denied his remark was a threat.
